What is a slot?+
A slot is half a day of specialist time. You spend your slots on whatever your visibility needs most that month: strategy, audit, content, technical fixes or source hunting. More slots simply means we move faster, on more fronts.
Can I use my time for anything, or is each service separate?+
Anything you need. You are buying time, not a fixed deliverable, so we spend it wherever your visibility needs it most, and we will always recommend where it is best spent. We are also part of a full-service creative agency, so beyond AI visibility we offer social, Google Ads, branding and website and app development. Want to know more about our other services? What if I do not use all my slots in a month?+
They roll over. Unused time is credited to the next month, so nothing is wasted.
Can I change my package later?+
Yes, up or down, any month. Every month we review results together and advise whether to scale your hours up or down. We suggest a starting package based on your situation.
Is there a lock-in or long contract?+
No. We recommend staying six to twelve months for results to compound, depending on your package, but you are free to leave any time with one month's notice.
How fast do we see results?+
Most clients see measurable movement within a couple of months, with fuller results building over the following six months to a year, depending on your starting point and package.
Which AI engines do you cover?+
All of them. The foundations of AI visibility are largely the same across every engine, so the work carries across ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Mode, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, Copilot and the rest. The differences between engines are mostly marginal, and we account for those too.
