[ Industries ]

Be the brand AI recommends in your space.

Every vertical has its own questions customers ask AI, and its own way buyers now discover and choose. We make you the answer to the ones that drive your business.

[ Industries we specialize in ]

The verticals where we hold real, proprietary depth. Each one has a different AI-search story, here is what is happening, what we have learned, and where to go deeper.

[ Hotels ]

Hotels & hospitality

Guests now ask AI where to stay and it answers with a short list built from OTAs and travel press. If none of them wrote about you, you are not on it.

Our take

In our hotel sweeps the same few properties win every generic question while dozens of comparable hotels never appear, because AI assembles its shortlist from Booking, TripAdvisor and the guides it trusts, not from hotel websites. A property gets in by giving those sources and the models something answer-shaped to quote: one page per guest question, an entity that reads the same everywhere, and mentions on the lists AI already cites for its city.

[ Med spas ]

Med spas, aesthetics & elective clinics

People research a treatment with AI long before they call a clinic, and the model answers with a shortlist. Whether your practice is on it decides who fills the consultation diary.

Our take

Elective treatment is an entity-trust game. In our clinic work the ceiling on AI recommendation is set by how cleanly the model can resolve who you are: one consistent name, address and phone everywhere, real review sentiment, and treatment pages that answer the question rather than sell the service. Get that right and the payoff is disproportionate, AI referrals converted about six times higher than Google organic in our own client data.

[ Restaurants ]

Restaurants & food delivery

Diners now ask AI where to eat and where to order from, and it answers with a short list. If your restaurant is not on it, you lose the order at the exact moment of intent.

Our take

In our restaurant work the fastest wins do not come from more ad budget, they come from answer-shaped menu, dietary and dining-occasion pages that AI can read and quote. One local restaurant we worked with doubled delivery orders in three months with no paid-platform spend, purely by becoming the answer AI gives.

[ Marketplaces ]

Marketplaces & platforms

Before opening ten tabs, buyers now ask AI to find a trusted provider, and it names a few platforms. Being one of those named answers is the difference between a sign-up and a competitor's.

Our take

For marketplaces, AI intent sits at the bottom of the funnel: people ask it to find someone they can trust, then act. In our work, the levers that move it are trust signals AI can verify (reviews, profiles, mentions) plus crawlable supply so the model surfaces your real inventory. One platform we worked with landed its first AI-sourced paying customer on day 38.

[ Travel ]

Travel & tourism

Travellers now plan trips and choose operators with AI first, then validate on your site. If AI only knows you by name and recommends competitors for the generic trip, you never enter the shortlist.

Our take

The pattern we see in travel is a named-versus-generic gap: AI understands a brand correctly when asked by name, but recommends competitors for the query that actually wins customers, the best operator for a group trip to X. It is almost always a content-framing problem: catalogue-style product listings instead of answer-shaped destination and buyer-journey content. Close that, and disambiguate the brand entity, and the generic queries start to turn.

[ Padel ]

Padel & racket clubs

Players ask AI where to play before they open a booking app, and it answers with three or four clubs. In a city adding courts every month, being on that list is the whole game.

Our take

We swept fourteen real player questions across Dubai's padel market and the pattern was stark: well-known venues were absent from questions their direct rivals won, including questions they would obviously win in real life. Clubs with full climate control were missing from the air-conditioning question because nothing quotable on the open web says so. The other half of the pattern is who gets cited: in our September sweep, half of the sourced answers cited one club's own website. That club publishes. The rest do not.

[ Agencies ]

Agencies & marketing teams

Every client is now asking what ChatGPT says about them. Agencies that can answer keep the retainer conversation. We deliver the work underneath your brand so you do not have to hire for it.

Our take

The agencies we work with do not want another tool, they want a deliverable they can put their logo on and defend in a client meeting. So we run the prompt set, the content and the monitoring, and the agency keeps the relationship and the reporting. The uncomfortable part is that a one-off AI audit does not renew: the value shows up when the same prompt set is measured every month and the client watches a number move.

[ FAQ ]

Do you only work with the industries listed here?+

No. These are the verticals where we already have published playbooks and case studies, but our five-pillar method works across B2C and B2B in any category. If your industry isn't listed, we can still run a visibility check and scope the work.

Why does AI visibility need to be tailored by industry?+

Every vertical has its own set of questions customers ask AI, from 'best express facial near me' to 'trusted B2B supplier for X'. We target the specific prompts that drive your business rather than generic keywords.

Can you show results from a brand like mine?+

Often yes. Our work spans hospitality, clinics, restaurants, marketplaces, travel and sports venues, and we can point you to the closest match. If we do not have one in your exact niche, the free visibility check shows where you stand today.

How do I get started in my industry?+

Run a free visibility check to see whether AI names you or a competitor, then we build a plan tuned to your vertical.
