OpenAI publishes no minimum daily budget for Kuwaiti dinars yet. Its table covers 23 billing currencies, and the Gulf rows are the dirham, the Qatari riyal and the Saudi riyal.
Eligibility follows where your business is registered. Targeting is set per campaign, so a Kuwaiti advertiser can run campaigns at home, across the Gulf, into Europe or the US.
Kuwaiti businesses verify with their commercial licence and a Kuwait-billing payment card. Account country and currency are fixed at signup.
